• Our facilities, except for Stratton Mountain, do not have indoor or covered courts. We adhere to USTA guidelines for playing in various weather conditions. Each player is responsible for their own decisions regarding participation based on their health.
• The camp will not be canceled due to rain. We will do our best to reschedule missed court hours throughout your stay. If rain persists and we cannot provide court time, we will refund any missed hours.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance, with options starting as low as $30. A suggested provider is Allianz Travel Insurance (https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/)for residents of the United States and Canada.
• The only exception to these policies is if the host resort closes due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
