



CUSTOM CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Terms for Tennis and Lodging Camps at all resorts unless noted with specific policies below:

14 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% refund.

4 to 14 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of total monies paid.

3 Days or Less Before Check-In: 100% non-refundable.

No Shows: 100% non-refundable.

If you need to cancel a portion of your on-court schedule during the trip, you must cancel your clinic or lesson at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund for that session.

Cliff Drysdale Tennis and Lodging Cancellation Policies for Mauna Lani, Rosewood Bermuda and Rosewood Baha Mar:

30 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% refund.

29 Days or Less Before Check-In: 100% non-refundable.

No Shows: 100% non-refundable.

21 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% refund.

20 Days or Less Before Check-In: 100% non-refundable.

*Inside December 15-January 1, cancellations are non-refundable inside 120 days before check-in

Double Occupancy:

If you register for double occupancy and your assigned roommate does not complete their registration or cancels, your rate will be adjusted to the single occupancy rate.

To avoid unexpected charges, please confirm your roommate's registration before finalizing your own. For any questions or assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Cancellation Terms for Non-Lodging Camps at all resorts:​​

You must cancel your clinic or lesson more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time to receive a refund.
-
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, no refund or credit is issued.

Payment Policy:

We offer a deposit or full payment option.
-
If choosing to pay full price upon registering, you will receive a $50 discount off the pre-tax total.
-
If choosing to pay the deposit price of 50%, your remaining balance will automatically process on your original form of payment 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Weather Policy:

Our facilities, except for Stratton Mountain, do not have indoor or covered courts. We adhere to USTA guidelines for playing in various weather conditions. Each player is responsible for their own decisions regarding participation based on their health.

The camp will not be canceled due to rain. We will do our best to reschedule missed court hours throughout your stay. If rain persists and we cannot provide court time, we will refund any missed hours.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, with options starting as low as $30. A suggested provider is Allianz Travel Insurance for residents of the United States and Canada.

The only exception to these policies is if the host resort closes due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
SIGNATURE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Terms for Doubles Boot Camps, World Camps, Padel Weekends, and Tennis/Pickleball and Wine Weekends:

Cancellations outside 30 days incur no penalty.

Cancellations inside of 30 days you forfeit all money paid unless you can find someone to take your place.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance for any reason that could cause a last minute cancellation.

Cancellation Terms for Ladies Retreats:

Your deposit is nonrefundable.
-
Outside 90 days of the retreat: You receive a full refund except for your deposit payment.

Inside 90 days of the retreat: You forfeit all monies paid unless you can find someone to take your place.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance for any reason that could cause a last minute cancellation.

Cancellation Terms for Tennis with the Stars Camp:

Outside 45 days of the retreat: You receive a refund minus $1500.
-
Inside 45 days of the retreat: You forfeit all monies paid unless you can find someone to take your place.

Additional a la carte tennis add ons are 100% non-refundable.
