Katie Steck — Director of Travel and Event Experiences

Katie joined CDT in 2014 as a traveling coach at many of our resort locations before landing at the Omni in Amelia Island overseeing guest tennis vacations. In 2016, she transitioned off court full time to oversee the EXPERIENCE team, guest vacations, and camps across the country. She loves to help create memorable experiences for players at all of our resort locations. You will find her at various events throughout the year, and she is always excited to get back out on the court and see guests in person.

Joey Hanf — Director of Events and Communications

Joey joined the CDT marketing team in 2016, and quickly became a part of the EXPERIENCE travel team shortly thereafter. A former college tennis player, you can probably find Joey on or off the court competing in something; tennis, padel, golf, video games...if there's a way to compete, he is most likely involved. You'll see him at many of our Signature Events with a clipboard in hand looking more serious than he really is, and he takes great pride in proper water-cooler construction. We're not sure exactly what that means, but you can ask him the next time you see him.

Megan O'Leary — Sales Manager

Megan joined CDT in 2021 and transitioned into Experience Travel team in 2022. A recreational tennis and pickleball player, Megan brings her 15+ years of sales, customer service, and management experience to the Experience team. She enjoys finding the perfect camp and resort location for all of our racquets travelers and doing whatever she can to ensure they have the best possible experience. You will find her working behind the scenes and occasionally assisting at events to make sure all of the details for a great racquets vacation or event are being delivered.

Luana Stanciu — Touring Pro & Pickleball Sales Manager

Luana (Lulu) joined the CDT team in 2021 as a PTU while working at the Omni Amelia Island Resort in Florida and Saltaire Yacht Club, Fire Island in NY. While being the Director of Racquet Sports at Owl's Nest resort in New Hampshire, she also joined the EXPERIENCE travel team and fell in love with the custom camp and signature events. Whether it is a tennis or pickleball camp, Luana is dedicated to ensuring that each and every individual enjoys the best possible experience.
