CUSTOM CAMPS FOR COACHES & CLUBS 

​Custom camps can be tailored around your preferred travel dates, group size, and ideal schedule, subject to resort availability.​ We offer two coach incentive options outlined below that are designed to fit different levels of involvement.

Travel With Your Group

This option is ideal for coaches who want to strengthen relationships with their players while sharing a memorable luxury racquet sports experience together.

​

  • Groups of 8 or more participants receive one complimentary coach room.

  • Enjoy the resort and spend quality time with your members while our on-site coaching staff delivers the tennis, pickleball, or padel programming.

  • If preferred, pricing can be customized to include a post-trip reimbursement to help offset coaching expenses or other approved costs. Any reimbursement arrangement must be discussed and finalized prior to confirming the trip.

 

Refer Members or Groups

Prefer not to travel? This option allows you to offer your members access to our preferred rates and exclusive experiences while our team handles all trip logistics from start to finish.

  • We manage the planning, registration, accommodations, and on-court programming.

  • You stay informed throughout the process without needing to travel with the group.

  • Receive a commission equal to 10% of the pre-tax revenue collected for the trip, paid upon completion of travel.

Important Notes

  • Coach incentive options cannot be combined and must be selected prior to securing the trip.​

  • Standard custom packages include accommodations, all on-court programming, and applicable resort fees. 

  • Depending on the size of your group, a customized contract may be required to secure an appropriate room block and guarantee accommodations at the time of booking.

  • Our team is happy to assist with coordinating food and beverage arrangements on site at the resort property as needed; however, the inclusion of these services may require a modified cancellation policy, including non-refundable terms.
