Internal Referral Policy

INTERNAL CDT & PBI REFERRAL PROGRAM

Domestic employees can earn referral commissions by booking tennis, pickleball, and padel custom camps or signature events with Experience Travel

For every person you refer that books and travels, you get $100.

Trip must include at least 2 nights and 2 days.
Trip may be a custom camp or signature event.
The employee must connect member/group leader with an Experience Travel sales member before the guest reaches out to express interest.
For groups of 8 or more people, a PBI or CDT employee is eligible to travel with the group and serve as a coach.
The employee’s travel and accommodations will be covered.
The employee will be paid for on-court teaching hours plus commission for the referral.
There is no maximum on the amount of referral commission, and commission is added to payroll at the conclusion of the trip.

Ways to get a referral commission

Tell a member/group leader about us and have them mention your name at time of booking.
Simply connect us with the potential travel guest in an email.

There is no maximum on the amount of people you can refer to be entered.

CA$H BONUS FOR YOUR TEAM

The facility with the most revenue referred in the calendar year will qualify for a team bonus.
The $1000 bonus is divided by the number of coaches at your facility.

Drawing and bonus contest applies from May 1, 2025-April 30, 2026. Applies to domestic employees only.
