Wimbledon Cocktail Recipes

Get ready to watch the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world with these Wimbledon inspired cocktails.



Traditional Pimm’s Cup


Ingredients

2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1 4 oz. English lemonade or lemon-lime soda Mint sprig, cucumber slice, strawberry slice and apple slice, for garnish


How to Make

Add ice to a chilled tall glass. Add the Pimm’s and lemonade or lemon lime soda. Stir gently, and garnish with the mint sprig, cucumber slice, strawberry slice and apple slice.



The Centre Court


Ingredients

1 part Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic juice drink 1 part orange juice chilled ½ part peach schnapps ½ part vodka 2 fresh strawberries Ice cubes


How to make

Place all ingredients except ice into a blender, adding strawberries to taste. Blend for a few seconds at high speed until smooth. Pour over ice and serve.



Strawberry Martini


Ingredients

5 fresh small ripe Strawberries

2 fl oz Vodka

½ fl oz Sugar Syrup

2 grinds of Black Pepper


How to Make

Muddle strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.



Rossini


Ingredients

4 fresh small ripe strawberries

¾ fl oz of strawberry liqueur

Top with Prosecco


How to Make

Muddle strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Top with prosecco and gently stir.



Match Point Mimosa


Ingredients

7 cups sliced fresh strawberries (about 2 quarts)

3 cups orange juice

4 cups champagne, chilled

Optional garnish: fresh strawberries/orange slices


How to Make

Place half each of the strawberries and orange juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Repeat with remaining strawberries and orange juice. Pour 2/3 cup strawberry mixture into each champagne flute or wine glass. Top each with about 1/3 cup champagne. If desired, serve each with a strawberry and an orange slice.
