What is the cancellation policy for custom trip?

What are the payment details?

  • When booking your racquets on-court details and accommodations through Experience Travel, you are prepaid in full for your trip, except for incidentals. When you check-in at the front desk, you will be required to put a card on file for incidentals. The Resort will put a hold amount on your card which will drop off upon check-out minus any incidental charges.

  • If you have any questions regarding your incidental charges, please contact the front desk at check-out. If you still have questions upon leaving the resort, reach out to your Racquets Travel Advisor.

What is the number for a Racquets Travel Advisor?

CHECK-IN AND ACCOMMODATION DETAILS


What is the address to the main hotel?

What are the check-in details?

  • Check-in is at 4:00pm. Please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time of your arrival. Upon arrival, please check in with the front desk. If your room is not yet ready, the front desk team will place you in the queue and notify you as soon as your accommodations become available.

What are the check-out details?

  • Check-out is at 12pm. Please note that late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability on the day of departure. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact the front desk on the morning of your departure to check availability.

Does the Resort Palm Beach allow pets?

  • Yes. Naples Beach Club welcomes pets in select accommodations. Advance notice is required, and pet fees, size restrictions, and additional guidelines may apply. Guests traveling with pets should contact the resort or Experience Travel prior to arrival to confirm current policies and availability.

Can I ship a package to Resort Palm Beach?

  • Yes. Guests may ship packages to the resort prior to arrival. Packages should be clearly labeled with the guest's name and arrival date. Handling or storage fees may apply. Guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly before shipping items to confirm current procedures and any associated fees

What amenities will my room have?

  • Rooms include a hair dryer, lighted makeup mirror, choice of down, hypoallergenic, or foam pillows, bathrobes, complimentary Wi-Fi, streaming capabilities, iron and ironing board, 24-hour in-room dining, HDTV with an on-demand movie library, Bluetooth speaker, and more.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION


How does the transportation to and from the airport work?

  • The resort is approximately 20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).

  • Boca Raton Airport (BCT): Located approximately 19 miles south of the resort, serving private and regional general aviation.

  • Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Located approximately 45 miles south of the resort, about a 1-hour drive.

  • Miami International Airport (MIA): Located approximately 65 miles south of the resort, about a 1.5-hour drive.

  • Rental cars are available at PBI, FLL, and MIA. If you plan to rent a car, we recommend Enterprise or National to      take advantage of the Experience Travel discount: (https://legacy.enterprise.com/car_rental/deeplinkmap.do?bid=028&refId=CLIFFDRY). 

How can I get to the racquets center from the hotel?

  • The Racquet Center is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guests may also request transportation via      golf cart through the resort staff.

Does the resort offer valet or self-parking?

  • Self-parking is not available. Valet parking is available for $50-55 per day with in and out privileges.

ON COURT DETAILS


What is the number for the pro shop?

  • The pro shop does not have a direct number but this is the contact number for any resort inquires (561) 582-2800

Where are the courts located?

  • The courts are located right off to the left of the main drive in the Palm Pavilion which is part of the resort’s sports club includes bocce, basketball, putting, and billiards.

Can I add on court reservations for additional play on my own?

  • When booking your on-court details and accommodations through Experience Travel, you are able to reserve courts for additional play on your own at no additional cost. We can accommodate up to 2 hours/group/day. Requests can be made prior to arriving and are based on availability at the time of inquiring.

  • If booking your accommodations separately, you are unable to reserve courts to play on your own due to resort rules.

After booking, can I add additional clinics and lessons?

  • Yes. Even after booking, please reach out to your Racquets Travel Advisor from your original quote, and they are happy to look at adding on additional clinics or lessons at the a la carte rate. Adding clinics and lessons are based on availability.

Is there a dress code at the courts?

  • Appropriate court shoes are required on the courts, but clothes of any color are allowed.

  • Yes. The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach features Kids for All Seasons, the only fully hosted and supervised kids club on Palm Beach Island. The program offers complimentary daily supervised activities for children ages 4 to 12

What if it rains or we experience inclement weather throughout our trip?

  • If rain or weather affects any of the scheduled-on court time the Director of Racquets will do their best to      reschedule while you are there. If they are unable to do so, we will issue a refund for any missed-on court time.
