What are the payment details?

• When booking your racquets on-court details and accommodations through Experience Travel, you are prepaid in full for your trip, except for incidentals. When you check-in at the front desk, you will be required to put a card on file for incidentals. The Resort will put a hold amount on your card which will drop off upon check-out minus any incidental charges. 

• If you have any questions regarding your incidental charges, please contact the front desk at check-out. If you still have questions upon leaving the resort, reach out to your Racquets Travel Advisor.  

 

What is the number for a Racquets Travel Advisor?

CHECK-IN AND ACCOMMODATION DETAILS 

 

What is the address to the main hotel?

• 801 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Naples, Florida

• Check-in is at 4pm 

• Check-out is at 12pm 

• Early and late check-outs can be requested for hotel rooms, but they are not guaranteed. ​​

 

Does the Naples Beach Club allow pets? 

• Yes. Naples Beach Club welcomes pets in select accommodations. Advance notice is required, and pet fees, size restrictions, and additional guidelines may apply. Guests traveling with pets should contact the resort or Experience Travel prior to arrival to confirm current policies and availability

 

Can I ship a package to the Naples Beach Club? 

• Yes. Guests may ship packages to the resort prior to arrival. Packages should be clearly labeled with the guest's name and arrival date. Handling or storage fees may apply. Guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly before shipping items to confirm current procedures and any associated fees

 

What amenities will my room have?

• Guestrooms feature a furnished outdoor terrace, complimentary premium Wi-Fi, a 65-inch 4K TV, Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerated private bar, additional guest refrigerator, in-room safe, yoga mat, beach tote, luxury bathrobes and slippers, and deluxe Byredo bath amenities. Additional amenities and features may vary by room type.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

How does the transportation to and from the airport work? 

• The resort is approximately: 15 minutes from Naples Airport (private aviation)

• 40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers

• All major rental car agencies are located at RSW. If you are doing to rent a car, please try Enterprise or National for a Experience Travel discount (https://legacy.enterprise.com/car_rental/deeplinkmap.do?bid=028&refId=CLIFFDRY). 

 

How can I get to the racquets center from the hotel?

• The Racquet Center is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guests may also request transportation via golf cart through the resort staff.​

 

Does the resort offer valet or self-parking?

• Naples Beach Club offers valet parking only. Self-parking is not available. Valet parking is available for $60 per day.​

Where are the courts located? 

• 825 S Golf Drive, Naples, FL

• The tennis courts are approximately 1 mile from the main hotel.  

• The Racquet Center is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guests may also request transportation via golf cart through the resort staff.​

Can I add on court reservations for additional play on my own? 

• When booking your on-court details and accommodations through Experience Travel, you are able to reserve courts for additional play on your own at no additional cost. We can accommodate up to 2 hours/group/day. Requests can be made prior to arriving and are based on availability at the time of inquiring.  

• If booking your accommodations separately, you are unable to reserve courts to play on your own due to resort rules.

 

After booking, can I add on additional clinics and lessons? 

• Yes. Even after booking, please reach out to your Racquets Travel Advisor from your original quote, and they are happy to look at adding on additional clinics or lessons at the a la carte rate. Adding on clinics and lessons are based on availability. 

 

Is there a dress code at the courts?  

• Appropriate court shoes are required on the courts, but clothes of any color are allowed.  ​

Do you want to add on golf to your stay?  

• The new 18-hole, Tom Fazio–designed golf course at the Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort (The Gardens) is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026

Does the resort offer childcare? 

• Yes. The resort offers childcare through the Fins Kids Club for children ages 4–12. Children ages 3 and under are welcome to participate with parental supervision.

What other activities does the Naples Beach Club offer?  

• In addition to tennis and golf, Naples Beach Club offers a variety of aquatic experiences, including boat tours and fishing excursions. • HB's: Local favorite HB’s, the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples, offers dining at the ocean’s edge with a seafood forward menu featuring fresh local catch, raw-bar selections, and artfully prepared crudo.

• Naples enjoys a warm, subtropical climate year-round. Average daytime temperatures typically range from the mid-70s°F during the winter months to the low-90s°F during the summer. Sunshine is abundant throughout the year, making Naples an ideal destination for outdoor activities and beach vacations.

 

What if it rains or we experience inclement weather throughout our trip? 

• If rain or weather affects any of the scheduled-on court time the Director of Racquets will do their best to reschedule while you are there. If they are unable to do so, we will issue a refund for any missed-on court time.
